Detached, larger than normal size house, massive private garden, lovely view of the valley, with all-round high spec facilities in a private gated cul-de-sac with designated parking, large back and front garden and outdoor area, very specious internal contemporary design for fun times together and privacy when needed, very large hi spec kitchen with all required appliances.

About the housemates:

We are very close and friendly group of of professionals working hard and play hard, gym is something we do together and motivate each other.

We work in various industries, aged 23-35.

If you're into health...we're probably the right house for you.

Bills are shared between all of us and amount changes according to the season. Avg a year around £70-£80 per month.

You wont need to pay for - > - Weekly cleaning service for all public areas, showers toilets, kitchen etc.., bi weekly grading service, British Gas Plus400 emergency 24/7 maintenance supports for everything pluming, electric and appliances with 1hr emergency call out if we need it.

All the house is alarmed with a mobile controlled and notification system with access to CCTV...helps when you're not home and expecting a delivery.

Active, social, reliable, relaxed fun loving, tidy and friendly professional aged 23-35

Admin stuff-

1. Background check is done on all new tenants. Proof of Identity, Proof of previous address

2. References required

3. You need to be employed and a secure job and provide evidence you are able to sustain rent and bills

3. Tenant agreement is minimum 6 months. No short term letting available.
