Hi, We are an all female house looking for a new housemate (sorry, no males please). We are looking for a friendly and outgoing young professional to move in. Ideally somebody who is open and interactive and who has a good regard for tidiness and cleanliness.

We are girls between 21-35 and all work shifts. We are a friendly house who like to get together when we can and spend time socialising watching a film or having a meal.

There is a double bedroom, furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, desk, vanity sink and mirror for a rent of £299pm including all bills.

The house has four bedrooms, there is one bathroom with bath/shower and a shelving unit with personal shelf space.

All bills (inc.. council tax) are included in the £299pm rent. The house has full gas central heating, wireless broadband and LCD freesat tv. Both the kitchen/diner and living room are large and open airy spaces.

The house is located on the Pudsey/Stanningley border and free parking is available. Asda and M&S are a 5 minute walk. The train station is a 15 minute walk and the nearest bus is a 5 minute walk and is on the Leeds-Bradford (72) route. Pudsey town centre is a 7 minute walk and has banks, post office etc.
