Im looking to rent my spare double
bedroom out in Pudsey/ farsley/stanningley area

I have relocated to newcastle so I am looking to rent the whole flat out.

I am looking for respectful, clean professionals to rent my flat look after it as if it is is their own.

My apartment is 1st floor with 2 double bedrooms, a nice bright living room, a kitchen diner and a bathroom.

There is 1 allocated parking space and plenty of onstreet parking too.

1st bedroom is furnished with a king size bed bed, two bedside tables and built in warbdrobes.

2nd bedroom is also furnished and includes a double bed, wardrobe and drawers.

Bills are not included

The location is a quiet Cul De Sac with a bus stop 1 minute walk onto the main road. There are 2 train stations close by, both no more than 10 minutes into leeds. Leeds city centre is about 15 minutes drive, 25 minutes on the bus.
