Double Bedroom in Quarmby/Lindley Ward

Hello,

We have a double bedroom (recently refurbished) in a 4-bed house to let.

There is a shared living room, shared kitchen, washing machine and dryer, and a large garden.

The double bedroom has been recently refurbished, with re-plastering, new windows, flooring, new door, et cetera. It is very close to the house bathroom, which we don't use much anyway as we have the en-suite. The room would be furnished with a double bed, a desk and an office chair.

About us: Steve and I are a married couple, with a shepherd dog (pictured in my profile photo). Steve works from home full time hence there won't be any need for potential housemates to look after the dog. I think to think that we are fairly relaxed live-in landlords. Short term lets are fine / preferred. I think our main requirements are, considering the dog, that you don't have a severe dog allergy! Due to my asthma, non-smokers will be very much preferred as well.
