Double Bedroom in Quarmby/Lindley Ward

Hello,

We have a recently refurbished double bedroom available in our 4-bed house. The house includes a shared living room, kitchen, washing machine and dryer, and a large garden.

The bedroom was refurbished in April 2024, with re-plastering, new windows, flooring, and a new door. It is just a few steps from the main house bathroom, which we don’t use as we have an en-suite. The room is currently furnished with a double bed, a desk, and an office chair.

We are a married couple with a friendly shepherd dog (pictured in my profile). I work from home full-time, so there is no expectation for housemates to look after the dog. We like to think of ourselves as relaxed and considerate live-in landlords.

Short-term lets are preferred (maximum 6 months). We have previously hosted students on short-term placements and are open to hosting students again. Given the dog, it’s important that you don’t have a severe dog allergy. Due to my wife’s asthma, non-smokers will be strongly preferred.
