Cosy 1 Bed Basement Flat

I have a 1 bed basement flat in my house to rent. There is an internal door that leads down into it for fire safety but it has a separate external entrance so you won't be bothered if you don't want to be!

The flat has a separate kitchen/living room. There is a small sofa and armchair, as well as a TV. There's a table and two fold up chairs if you wanted a desk/chair to work on.

The kitchen includes all kitchen utensils:
Oven, hob, extractor fan, microwave, fridge, freezer, kettle, toaster, sink, chopping board, plates, cutlery etc.

The bedroom includes a small ottoman double bed, wardrobe and drawers, and some shelves.

Off the bedroom is an ensuite including a shower, toilet, mirror and sink.

The flat is small but has lots of storage, under the mattress is empty, there is also a cubby hole between the living room and bedroom, perfect for suitcases.

There's a full length mirror in the living room also.

I have a cat called Boots who is very cute. He is not allowed in the apartment but this flat may not be for you if you have an allergy.

I am vegan so would not like meat cooked in the house: vegans/vegetarians preferred. I don't mind if you eat meat in your own time, but you must promise not to eat it in the house.

The flat is 15 minutes drive from Bradford center and 10 mins drive from Halifax. There's a bus stop right outside, which will be about 20 mins into Halifax, 30 into Bradford.

We are walking distance (5 mins) from a post office and large Tesco in Queensbury. There's also a nice cafe, barbers, Coop and other shops nearby.

This flat is perfect for a single young professional or student, particularly those working antisocial hours. A previous lodger worked in film/tv, which worked great as they could come and go as they needed.
