I’m a single mum with three young children living in the home, so I’m looking for a tidy and respectful female professional who’s comfortable in a quiet family environment.

The room is currently undergoing a brand-new renovation and will be ready in January. You will be the first person to live in the newly renovated space.
It’s a self-contained en-suite with its own kitchenette and private entrance at the back of the house, giving you plenty of privacy.

The property is on a beautiful, quiet residential street, and you’ll also have access to a large driveway for private parking.

To keep the home peaceful for everyone, I kindly ask for no house parties and no overnight guests.
