Cosy, sunny room available!

Friendly live-in landlady, looking for a lodger from 1 month or more (trial period for long-term lets would be 3 months trial to see how we get along!)

The room has a triple wardrobe. Bed & mattress are less than a year old - so excellent comfortable condition (single bed). There is a bed-chair in the room as well, comfy to chill out on or pull-out as a guest bed if you need to have anyone stay over a night or two). Fold-away desk is available, with chair (these are both optional).

I have broadband, good modern kitchen facilities, separate dining area with additional lounge (2 different rooms). Bills included in the rent amount. There is a small garden with a table & chairs for relaxing on warmer days / evenings.

The house is situation 10 minutes walk to town, with pubs, restaurants, supermarkets, shops all close by. There are bus stops close by also, and it's only a 5 minute walk to the train station, very handy for commuters!

Reference does not have to be from a previous landlord, but needs to be a professional person please.
