Large double rooms available in sociable house.

Hello,

This house just in the process of being refurbished at the moment. It should be ready by the middle of august
You would be the first tenants.
There is a large shared kitchen and lounge,. With washing machine and dryer and microwave.

The bathroom has just been completely refurbished with new shower toilet sink etc.
There is also a separate small toilet with a small sink.

The house is about 5 minutes from the airport.

If you can do some kind of maintenance on the building I could discount the rent accordingly. It needs a maintenance person to take care of general issues, in this house and another house.

It includes all bills but there is no broadband.
The rooms come with beds and a wardrobe.
All new windows have been installed, so the place should be nice and toasty warm for the winter. Also a brand new Combi boiler has been installed, so you never have to run out of hot water.
Its down a small dead end lane, there is no traffic in the lane, so its very quiet.
There is a very small garden in the rear which you could setup for barbecues and gatherines.
