This is a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom, includes shower and sink. The house itself is huge, there is plenty of room for bicycles etc.
The house includes a workout gym area, a ping Pong table, and space to have lots of friends eat with you.

The house used to be a hotel. so it has a couple of bars, a ballroom. very large living room with TV.
Very large kitchen with 2 ovens, 2 washing machine and a Dryer.
Very sociable house mates and people like to get together to do things.
Good bus service right outside the door
Close to Leeds Beckett University
Lots of shops and restaurants near by. French Bakery,, Turkish restaurant, Italian Pasta place and English breakfast place There is a little grocery store across the street.
Very posh nice safe area.

The room is available July 1st
You can pay and reserve it earlier but you cant move in until then.
