The Leeds & Liverpool canal runs through Rodley, which is amazing for going on walks and can also be used for commuting to/from Leeds by bike. There are also fantastic public transport links to Leeds and Bradford via bus or Pudsey/Horsforth/Bramley train stations.

The living room has full access to Sky Q, BT Sport, Netflix, amazon prime and Superfast broadband throughout the house. All household bills are included within the rental price.

You will have a double furnished bedroom with a double bed, wardrobe, full length mirror, drawers, laundry bin and under bed storage. Any unwanted furnishings can be removed from the room if preferred. Your will have own bathroom, shared use of kitchen/diner and living room. Kitchen/diner has: 50/50 fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, oven, hob, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer & extendable dining table.

Externally you will have access to our private patio/grass back garden, garage storage and ample street parking. You will also have access to Georgian Square, a stunning shared greenery area professionally maintained for the enjoyment of residents that live here.

We both work full time & would like to share our house with a like-minded professional. We like to spend our non working days relaxing, socialising or exploring countryside walks.

We have a blind rescue dog, she is friendly and extremely well behaved. She has been with us for almost 2 years and she has a dog walker through the day whilst we are at work.

We are currently renovating our house. The video uploaded shows upstairs fully completed, however downstairs there has been a new kitchen & flooring recently fitted. New photos will be uploaded shortly once the downstairs painting has been completed.
