Double Loft Room for Rent in Rodley, Leeds

Hello there! I'm Zak, and I’ve got a spare, double loft room available to rent in the lovely suburb of Rodley in Leeds.

The house is on a nice quiet street with good transport links into Leeds city centre with a bus service just at the bottom of the road that’ll have you there in 30 minutes or alternatively a 15 minute drive. You can also bike along the canal, taking you directly into the city centre - I've got a bike shed out front for safe storage.

I’m a professional in my mid 20’s working in Leeds city centre through the week - I’m pretty laid-back, enjoy sports and socialising and like living in a clean and tidy house so would be looking for someone like-minded in this regard.

The loft room is of good size and comprises of a double bed and wardrobe and also a desk and chair if wanted. With two windows, the room gets plenty of natural sunlight throughout the day.

There is a Lidl just 5 minutes drive away or Kirkstall is 10 minutes drive and has a host of amenities including a Morrisons, PureGym and leisure centre.

All bills and broadband are included - I've also got the full Sky package including Sky Sports.
