MONDAY TO FRIDAY ONLY. Lovely period home, close to amenities. Bus stops both ways within 100 metres of front door. 25 mins to city centre on Number 60 bus between Leeds and Keighley. Semi-rural with canalside views and beautiful walking and running, minutes from the house. On-street parking.
The room has a sofa bed with memory foam mattress topper, which is very comfortable. Ladder leads up to mezzanine with orthopaedic mattress if you prefer. It is basically a self-contained suite with shared kitchen and bathroom.
I am looking for a professional who needs a room in a friendly house Monday to Friday. Happy to share cooking and go for a social drink occasionally. Although the room is for Monday to Friday, I am flexible for occasional weekend stays also. I am a screenwriter/playwright who mainly works from home.
Bed sheets laundered weekly included in the rent. Stone house with wood burning stove, period features and beautiful outside space.
