The room has a lovely energy and comes equipped with a desk and chair, a double bed with a super comfy mattress and bedding, a hanging rail with slots for clothes and shoes, a drawer unit, bookshelves, a large mirror and a side table. Please note the television is not included. I am very happy to put any artwork you would like up on the walls. The spacious three piece bathroom is located on your floor (1st).

All bills and cleaning of the common areas are included in the rent.

The house is split over 4 floors ~ the kitchen in the basement, the living room on the ground floor, your room and the bathroom on 1st floor and my bedroom on the second. It is a well-kept terraced house in this leafy part of Leeds. The kitchen has a washer-dryer, dishwasher, cooker and fridge, and the bathroom has both a bath and shower. As you can see from the pictures, the house is colourful and welcoming. Not shown is a lovely patio which is perfect in Summer to sit and enjoy.
I am a single 34-year old female looking for a long-term lodger for 6 months +. I moved up from London in 2022, having lived there for 12 years. I am calm and respectful having lived with others all my life. I enjoy Yin yoga, walking beside the canal and in Nature, listening to music, and writing.

Transport: The Number 60 bus goes from straight outside to Leeds City Centre, which takes about 20 minutes, and a 3-4 minute walk away are buses to other parts of town. Kirkstall Forge train station is also located along the canal which can be accessed from the road immediately outside the house.
