Double bedroom in 2-bed Rodley flat

Hello! I’m looking for someone to rent the second bedroom in my 2-bed ground floor flat in Rodley, right by the canal.

The flat has two double bedrooms, a kitchen, living/dining area, shared bathroom, two storage cupboards, and a garage. I moved in in September 2023, and I am in the process of making it a cosy home. I’ll be more than happy to listen in on any ideas you have to add to that!

The flat is furnished - however, if you have items you’d prefer to replace with your own in the bedroom, this is something we can talk about. Also happy to be flexible about the start date, within reason - nobody currently in the room.

A bit about me:

I am currently studying my Doctorate in Counselling Psychology, and work part-time in a local coffee shop (which often means I bring home leftover baked goods!). I’m a lover of independent coffee shops or foodie spots and enjoy spending time in them during my spare time - usually reading or catching up with friends. I am really into my fitness, too - usually through CrossFit or walking/cycling in the warmer months. I have a really busy lifestyle at the moment, so I don’t spend a huge amount of time in the flat during university term time. When I do have free time, I love getting to know new people and spending time with those I care about, usually alongside all the wholesome activities!
