Quiet Room On Leeds/Wakefield Border

Single furnished room with single bed, wardrobe, drawers. Can provide desk and chair if needed. The house has broadband, dishwasher, washer, microwave, freezer. Shared lounge, kitchen and bathroom with bath and shower. There are 2 small gardens with empty shed space and parking is within a bay in the cul-de-sac. There are lots of shops 5 minutes walk away including Morrisons and Aldi, library, gym, restaurants and a park with tennis courts and a running circuit.
The house and street is quiet so you can expect a good nights sleep! I am easy going and would want you to make yourself at home and chill.
