Hi! I’m Andy and I have a double bedroom with private bathroom available in my house in Rothwell, LS26, available after Christmas.
A bit about me, I’ve owned the house since 2020 but left in 2023 after a new job offer came down in London. I had a housemate at the time who alongside their partner agreed to live in the house until the mortgage rate ended in September this year. After trying, and failing, to sell the house, I am now looking to find a new tenants to move in! I am currently living in the house but I intend on returning to London before the summer. At that point I would expect anyone coming into the house to take the master bedroom would be found collaboratively with whoever takes this double room.
Now about the house:
- 3 storey, 3 bedroom (bedroom 3 is an office) townhouse
- garden including some furniture
- driveway big enough for two cars (single file) but also plenty of residential parking
- well sized double bedroom with its own private bathroom including a bath/shower
- living dining room and kitchen on the first floor, both very light and bright
- office, laundry room, toilet and utility room on the ground floor
- separate garage with plenty of storage
The £620 rent includes council tax, water and broadband monthly bills. Gas and electric would be based on usage.
