Hi! I’m Andy and I have a master bedroom with en-suite available in my house in Rothwell, LS26, available from May / June time.

About the house:
- 3 storey, 3 bedroom (bedroom 3 is an office) townhouse
- garden including some furniture
- driveway big enough for two cars (single file) but also plenty of residential parking
- well sized bedroom including a king size bed with underneath storage, built in wardrobes, a chest of draws and a soon to be newly renovated en-suite
- living dining room and kitchen on the first floor, both very light and bright
- office, laundry room, toilet and utility room on the ground floor
- separate garage with plenty of storage

The £870 rent includes council tax, water and broadband monthly bills. Gas and electric would be based on usage.
