Hi! I’m Andy and I have two rooms available in my house in Rothwell, LS26, available from late September.
A bit about me first, I’ve owned the house since 2020 but left in 2023 after a new job offer came down in London. I had a housemate at the time who alongside their partner agreed to live in the house until the mortgage rate ended in September this year. After trying, and failing, to sell the house, I am now looking to find two new tenants to live here. I would like to live with the first tenant for a month or so to build some trust with them, as the home is fully furnished and is my pride and joy, before I return to London after finding, collaboratively, a second tenant to move in. I am moving back into the house on September 11th and would like tenant 1 to move in by the end of September ideally. They are free to pick either room as I’m not precious about keeping the master :)
Now about the house:
- 3 storey, 3 bedroom (bedroom 3 is an office) townhouse
- garden including some furniture
- driveway big enough for two cars (single file) but also plenty of residential parking
- one large master bedroom with its own en-suite, built in wardrobe and king size bed
- one well sized double bedroom with its own private bathroom including a bath/shower
- living dining room and kitchen on the first floor, both very light and bright
- office, laundry room, toilet and utility room on the ground floor
- separate garage with plenty of storage
