Large spacious fully furnished bedroom with a king size bed in a 3 bedroom detatched house on a quiet estate. There is a bathroom with a shower that can be largely yours as I also have an en-suite. There is also parking available. Great for getting to lots of places! The accommodation is close to either motorways or bus stops. It takes less than 10 minutes to get into Wakefield or Leeds city centre, and two minutes onto the M1 and the M62. A mini-supermarket less than a minute's walk away. Major supermarkets five minutes drive away. Schools, doctors, dentists, all within walking distance. Plenty of local pubs and eateries in the area! Landline phone and unlimited Broadband with use of Netflix throughout the house also. Will be shared with myself and my son who is 17 years old and lives mainly at his dad's and our cat Oreo so there is no point in enquiring if you are not a child or pet friendly person. I work from home most of the time. I am looking for someone who is clean and tidy who has respect for other people and is a working professional. No smokers thank you not even if you smoke outside.
