Local shops and supermarket are a short walk away, the M62 and M1 motorways are both just a couple of miles away and there is a regular bus service from opposite the house into Leeds City Center which is approx. 4 miles away.
The local facilities include a sports center, pubs, restaurants, takeaways and plenty of open spaces.
