Two double rooms are now available in Rothwell. The room can come furnished or unfurnished depending on preference. Shared areas of the house include the kitchen, dining room, and any shared hallways etc. We do have an 18 year old cat & 10 month old kitten so other animals will be considered on a situational basis.
Plenty of space for a car in the driveway and anything we can do to accommodate you-we will try!

This room includes Sky. House is usually empty due to working shift patterns so you will have the house to yourself a lot of the time.
Preferably professionals only. We will request bank statements for proof of income and a formal and personal reference before moving in.

Monday to Friday let’s considered.

Both rooms are currently being re-painted and fully kitted out again so you will more than likely be moving into a fairly new room.
