Lovely Room in quiet street in roundhay

Hi,

I am offering my spare room in my lovely little flat in roundhay. The location is quiet but 5 mins from street lane with good transport links into the city centre and very close to the park.

The bedroom is recently refurbished- I am very clean and tidy so I’d like someone who is also clean and tidy.

There is a cleaner which is included in the cost, she attends weekly and cleans all areas.

Costs of bills/household items (cleaning products/essentials) are included in the monthly rent. I just ask you purchase your own laundry/toiletries/food.

There is a separate food cupboard for you to use.

There are communal storage areas too.

I work a lot and travel between Leeds and London frequently. I also stay at my partners house regularly so you would have a lot of time to relax on your own!

I am quite relaxed and enjoy to be social - so someone to share a takeaway with would be a bonus!

There is Dolly the house dog, she’s very small and clean! Super friendly and lovely! But she is my family so you must be willing to accept her too!

There is off street parking available - option to park on the drive if there is space/I am not using.


There is a very large sunny communal garden that is not really used so there is outside space to relax uninterrupted!

I have had really positive experiences lodging the spare room and have the ethos that it’s important to share space as a home so look forward to welcoming a new addition to the flat!
