Lovely Room in quiet street in roundhay

Hi,

I am offering my spare room in my lovely little flat in roundhay. The location is quiet but 5 mins from street lane with good transport links into the city centre.

The bedroom is recently refurbished- I am very clean and tidy so I’d like someone who is also clean and tidy.

I work a lot and travel between Leeds and London frequently.

I am quite relaxed and enjoy to be social - so someone to share a takeaway with would be a bonus!

There is Dolly the house dog, she’s very small and clean! Super friendly and lovely! But she is my family so you must be willing to accept her too!

There is off street parking available
