This is a larger than average terrace in the heart of Roundhay just around the corner from all the fabulous local amenities - Pizza Express, San Carlos Flying Pizza restaurant, wine bars and bistro cafes.

Central Leeds by bus is approx. 15 mins off-peak with a regular bus route. Glorious Roundhay Park and tennis courts are a 10 mins stroll. A quiet residential street with FREE parking (no permit needed). It has everything!
