FEMALE - is a first floor double room with views over the rear garden (see double room photo) and complete with ikea double wardrobe, queen size bed, ikea chest of drawers and bedside tables.

There is a bathroom downstairs or upstairs and there's an ironing room ideal for drying clothes on the first floor.


Rent is £430 per month which includes all bills. No hassle, just one payment. Minimum letting of 6 months required. Deposit is £400.

This also includes for a cleaner every 2 weeks and a gardener .
