Single room in Rhounday

Friendly houshare in Rhounday. It's a 2 minute walk to the street lane shops (pubs , supermarkets, restaurants , hair salons etc), 30 minute bus ride to the city center and 15 minute walk to Rhounday Park.

I would like to share the house with someone who is easy going and on the same wavelength. The new tenant will need to undertake the usual reference check. If you have lived in a houseshare before then this shouldn't be an issue.

This house has been furnished fully by myself but you can use all furniture and appliances in the communal areas ( laundry machine , microwave , kettle , toaster , sandwitch maker , deep fryer, TV ). There is a big living room , bathroom and separate toilet and a decent sized kitchen.

As for me I am a young professional working in and around Leeds. I am relatively social but also enjoy spending time in my room. I very much dislike akward moments in the kitchen or other communal areas so I would prefer to live with someone easy going and relatively social. Though I completely respect personal time and space.

I would ideally expect good standards of cleanliness and tidyness and being respectful of each other's space. I have houseshared many times before and never had any issues with these.

I have a small dog called Ariel. This contract only allows one pet to live in the property and therefore no other pets can move in.
