Looking for someone to take over my tenancy from the 1st of Janurary (moving in date is flexible). Rent is £565 including all bills and council tax.

It is a three-story, 5-bed house. The bedroom available is a large ground-floor room with shared bathrooms and a kitchen. All housemates currently living here are quiet and respectful working professionals.

The bedroom is spacious, well-heated, and cosy with a double bed and plenty of storage space - double bed, desk, chest of draws. The room has large windows with amazing blackout blinds.

The kitchen has plenty of cupboard storage space and is fully equipped with two large fridge freezers, a washing machine & tumble dryer, microwave, kettle, and toaster.

There is one main bathroom (in the photo) on the first floor, which has a bath/shower, toilet, and sink. There is also another separate toilet on the first floor and a bathroom on the second floor.
