The bedroom is airy, light and comfortable with a king size bed, desk, chest of drawers and a fitted double wardrobe. You would have primary (but not sole) access to the adjacent shower room. Bills included. Off road parking. High speed wi-fi. Usual amenities in the kitchen. Lovely living room with views onto garden (no tv). A noisy cat lives here also! Two patio areas and a large private back garden.. It’s a lovely house in a quiet cul de sac, in a leafy area of Roundhay and very close to the park. Well connected by buses to the city centre and St. James’. You’d be sharing the ground floor only. Professionals preferred.
