The double room is available in a lovely, spacious and friendly 3 storey shared house full of character just off Street Lane. The house is well looked after with a new modern kitchen and spare room in addition to a shared lounge. The house comes fully furnished, homely and cosy, retaining many original features. The kitchen opens up through French doors into a private courtyard with a small garden to front of the house.

We are 5 minutes walk from Roundhay Park, just behind Street Lane with a wide range of local boutique shops, supermarkets, cafes, gym, bars and restaurants with excellent frequent buses into Leeds City centre. There is ample street parking available.

The household enjoy creating a home where there is plenty of space to offer both the opportunity to spend time socialising or spending down time on your own.
