Double bedroom in female house share

We are a house share of three friendly girls looking for a sociable girl to join our lovely house share in Roundhay. We are a household of young professionals: a counsellor, a physiotherapist and a business development executive (all 26 years old). We are looking for fellow young professionals preferably.

We enjoy spending time together and will often cook meals together as a house, go out for drinks and have movie nights. However, we also respect each others own space. We also like to keep the house clean and tidy :).

You’d be sharing a bathroom with one other person. We are all kind and respectful, having friends over is welcome. But we are not a loud house and do get to bed early haha. It’s also important to us that no one moves their partner in with them, especially during the week. Non-smoking.

The house is a ten minute walk away from Roundhay Park and is situated close to Street Lane which has lots of nice cafes, pubs, charity shops, convenience stores, restaurants and other amenities. There is also lots of nice bars and restaurants in Oakwood and Chapel Allerton which are both less than a 10 minute drive away. There is a Tesco, Aldi, Lidl and M&S which are all within a 10 minute drive.

The house is also located close to the number 2 and 12 bus routes so you can be in Leeds city centre in around 20 minutes. There is on street parking available outside the house.

All bills are included within the £515. All furniture included except for rattan bedside table and TV stand.
