Seeking friendly,respectful sublette in Roundhay

Hello,

We are a tidy house and seeking a 7 week Sublette who is respectful of others space, tidy, mature, kind and trust worthy.
The room is available from the 9th July - 31st of August.

3 women who work here one women works in Graphic design, another works within the Water Industry and lastly another works as freelancer in the Arts.

We live and work in this big house and are in our mid late 30’s who appreciate to connect when cooking and enjoy the local Roundhay park when we can but mostly have full schedules so tends to be a quiet household overall.

As you will see from the photos of the room itself it's quite a big room, it's warm, clean, tidy and quiet space and look out to the little back garden we have.

We have a little Garden space that we are keeping wild to support diversity of insects, we find dragon flies, bees, ladybugs in the back and beautiful birds often spotted close by in the garden so you feel your in a little village cul de sac in the back garden.
It’s a quiet room that is being let out and in general is a safe area with space to go and enjoy a coffee 3 minutes away.

We have easy rota for cleaning and appreciate everyone’s efforts in that when they can and the kitchen is really big so plenty of cupboard space and space to cook as and when.

It’s an old house and needs a fresh lick of paint but the positive side it that it’s a rare affordable place to live in a beautiful, safe area. You are hop ,skip jump away from the Park, lovely coffee shops and outside our door is a bus stop that will cart you into town as and when.
