Large Room in Great House in Roundhay

Hello!

We are looking for a housemate to join our house share just off Street Lane in Roundhay. The room is a large furnished double on the ground floor. Ideally we'd like a male housemate to keep the male/female mix.

The rent is £495 per month including all bills.

We have Virgin Media, Netflix, Prime and superfast wifi.

There are currently 4 of us living here (excluding the housemate moving out), 1 guy and 3 girls, all professionals. We're a friendly, clean and tidy house, and socialise together (films, house meals and drinks) as well as doing our own thing.

The house is a large terrace with a spacious lounge, kitchen (with dishwasher, washer, dryer, large fridge and freezer, etc) and two bath/shower rooms. There is a bathroom on the top floor, and a shower room and separate toilet on the first floor.

We have a patio at the front of the house, great for some summer sun (might have to wait for next year now!)

There's a nice coffee shop (Rand) 1 minute away and several nearby restaurants (Pizza places, Indian curry house, and a pretty good fish and chip shop). There are also some nice pubs and bars and plenty of local shops as well as Roundhay Park - less than a 10 minute walk away.
