Hi, we are looking for a professional to share a sociable civilised house in a great location just of Street Lane.

Close to shops, bars, pubs, restaurants and Roundhay Park. Easy access to the city centre, the bus takes 20 minutes. The ring road is close by and it’s a few minutes walk to Pizza Express, Starbucks, Flying Pizza etc.

The house is large, with kitchen and lounge downstairs. Patio doors leading out from the lounge to the rear garden.

We have a 1st floor double room available which a good size and looks out over the garden. So if you're looking for a room in a well appointed house with nice housemates this might be what you are looking for.

Current housemates are easy going sociable young professionals.

The landlord is a member of the National Landlords Association and a licensed Leeds city council landlord. The house has a full hard wired fire alarm system and fire doors on all rooms.
