Beautiful 1 bed garden flat available in Roundhay from the beginning of October.

Rent excludes bills.

The flat is around 5 minutes walk from the incredible Roundhay Park and about 5 minutes walk from Street Lane shops and bars etc.

Flat is currently unfurnished but includes all white goods.

As you can see, the lounge is lovely and spacious. It looks a little dark in the photo but I always felt it very airy. It may look a little different depending on how my lovely tenant has it set up at the moment. I have had it with two sofas and with one sofa and a dining table.

Photo of the bedroom has been taken from the door, there is plenty of space in the room. I think at one point I had a full size keyboard, kingsize bed, dressing table, chest of drawers and wardrobe in there... that was maybe a little too much though!

As you can see from the photo of the hallway, there are lots of extra doors = bags of storage = great for bags (and shoes).

Front of the building shows sun room. I did this up a little while ago, but in all honesty I have only ever used it for keeping a bike/books - the doors are a bit of a kuffufle :)

Garden. Wow. I miss it... and the amazing upstairs neighbours who tended it daily.
