Double room in friendly household.

Hello,

I have a lovely modern double room to rent in Roundhay available from February. Located in Gledhow/ Roundhay but very close to Chapel Allerton and Moortown.

I am a 29 year old nurse. When I'm not at work I love going out for walks/ drinks and food but also enjoy just relaxing at home with a glass of wine and having a chat. I try to keep fit by going running and to the gym. Would like a housemate who can also be a friend so shares similar interests.

Looking for a female, around the same age who is relaxed and fun but who will clean up after themselves and keep the communal areas tidy.

The room to rent is a good sized furnished double which looks out onto the garden. The house has two bedrooms, a communal living area, a modern kitchen with washing machine/ dishwasher and the garden there is a shed where bikes etc. can be stored.

The rent for the room is £375 including bills.
