1 Double bedroom available - Free Broadband

Hello!

We would like to welcome 2 new housemates in our light catching Victorian house. Free broadband is included, and we have got some of the good unlimited infinity stuff so gamers, film lovers and you tube bloggers fear not. The connection is stable and unbelievably fast.

The room situated in the attic has 1 other room sharing the same floor. There is a twin wardrobe, desk, chest of drawers and cabinet for other personal items.

The ground floor room is a double and comprises the same furniture as the attic room but comes with a triple wardrobe.

The house is layed with original varnished wood decor and double glazing in every room. The kitchen has recently been updated with brand new appliances giving it a modern yet rustic touch (fridge, freezer, double oven and washing machine) perfect for anyone who loves to cook.

There are 2 bathrooms (1 with sunken-bathtub and brick lighting) so we have no queing problems, we have a communal kitchen/dining area, lounge and front/back garden and is protected by modern security system.

The house is close to a wide variety of shops, supermarkets, banks and pubs. There are also many parks nearby to enjoy fitness activities or sunny days off :)

Our current household thrives on banter so ideally we are looking for someone who is a laugh and pleasant to talk to. We also ask that our new housemate is houseproud as we do not have a cleaner to keep the cost of rent down and that is it!
