Friendly houseshare in roundhay

Hi, we're looking for a new housemate to join us in our shared house off Street Lane. We do socialise together and would like someone who is looking to fit in well rather than just rent a room in a house.
We enjoy nights out, pub quizzing and nights in watching tv, but are also respectful of each other's space. All bills included except broadband and sky which is paid separately between us. Deposit required, but there's no admin fee to pay.
