Great room in sociable house in Roundhay

Hello!

We are looking for someone to join our house share just off Street Lane in Roundhay. The room is a furnished double on the top floor.

There are currently 4 of us living here, 2 guys and 2 girls, all young professionals. We're a friendly, clean and tidy house, and often socialise together (pub quiz, meals out, etc now replaced by lockdown bbqs, films and enjoying the sunshine) as well as doing our own thing.

The house is a large terrace with a spacious lounge, large kitchen (with dishwasher, washer, dryer, etc) and modern bathrooms. There is one bathroom on the top floor, and another toilet and shower split across the first floor.

There are several restaurants within walking distance including The Flying Pizza, Pizza Express, Indian curry house, a pretty good fish and chip shop and takeaways. There are also some nice pubs and bars and plenty of local shops as well as Roundhay Park - just a 5 minute walk away.

We also have Virgin Media, Netflix and superfast wifi.

The rent for the room is £495/month. All bills are included in the rent.
