Double room

The house is newly decorated throughout, occupied by myself and my dog. He is small, stays downstairs, and is well behaved.
I work most days around 9am-5pm.

Downstairs there is a large living room with a large tv & ps4.
There is also a good sized kitchen, with washing & drying facilities, along with a sun room to the rear of the property.

Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms and one bathroom.
The room in question has a double bed, and built in wardrobes.
Theirs is also a single bedroom (currently being used as an office), which has additional storage space.

The house has driveway, with parking for 2 vehicles. To the rear of the property is a well maintained garden with large patio area. The rear garden also has access to fields & country walks through the back gate.

Ideally looking for professional, pets considered.
