Welcome to our bright and spacious, yet cosy apartment created from the ground and lower ground floors of a renovated and creatively decorated Edwardian semi - detached villa.
We are perfectly situated on a quiet, leafy street with close access to canal and woodland, yet only 5 minutes walk to the UNESCO World Heritage site of Saltaire Village. On street parking is available and safe, as the road is a cul-de-sac and has a 20 mph speed limit.
Enter into a hallway on the ground floor, with access to the right to the sitting room, a cosy room with Edwardian fireplace where you can warm by the fire (eco friendly burner inset).
There is ample seating to enjoy a cosy night in with Sky tv.
The dining kitchen is wonderfully bright and has been recently redecorated to bring you a glimpse of faraway places. There is a double oven and hob, dishwasher, fridge freezer and washing machine. The kitchen is spacious enough to cater for friends, with a six seater table, and has all the equipment you need. Crockery, glasses, cookware, washing liquid etc are included.
Enjoy wonderful views in our balcony conservatory, a recent addition to make use of the balcony all year round where you can watch the birds and see beautiful sunsets over woodland view. From the conservatory you can access a small balcony - a real suntrap.
On this floor is the bathroom with bath, overhead shower, fluffy towels and luxurious toiletries. This room is wonderfully warm and works very well as a drying room for your clothes. There is a separate loo too.
The bedrooms are situated on the lower ground floor at the back of the house, wonderfully cool and quiet in the summer and warm and cosy in the winter.
Bedroom one is a double, decorated with funky florals and freshly ironed bed linen. There is a built in wardrobe, dressing table and drawers, providing ample storage.
A shower room & toilet is right next door. Plenty of towels and necessary toiletries are provided for your stay.
Next door is bedroom 2 - a large Frida Kahlo inspired room with a king sized bed. Drawers, wardrobe and small table allow for storage and for a working space if required.
The apartment includes use of a leafy, large garden with outdoor seating.
I successfully let this space out as a holiday home via Airbnb but also let out the space for medium term lets at a lower rate. than if booked through Airbnb.. My rating is currently 5 stars, so you're sure to be well looked after in this home from home.
Perks include quality bedlinen and towels, a high standard of decor (fresh and clean!) and your own space. We do not require references - though will need you to be in employment and of good character!

Monthly price includes all bills, including broadband. We have a basic internet tv package which has access to a number of channels, and limited on demand features.
The property is ten minutes walk from the train line to Leeds /Skipton and is a great option for commuters to Leeds - only 12 min by train yet surrounded by countryside, restaurants, bars and beautiful architecture. And cheaper than the equivalent in Leeds itself.
