I have a double room to rent in a three bed newly refurbished and decorated house located in the the World heritage village of Saltaire.

It's a furnished room, in a fully furnished house with broadband and parking off street.

There is a small garden to the front and back of the property. It's a 2 minute walk to the train station with a 15 minute train ride into Leeds and all other surrounding areas. The bus stop is a 5 minute walk

The local shops and gym are also very close too.

You would be sharing with the live in landlord, 1 female in her 30’s, a professional.

I'm looking for a lodger who is a friendly, like-minded and professional. Its a nice friendly house but I’m pretty busy and everyone is given space.

I'm pretty flexible so if there is anything you need in the house and/or your room I'm happy to sort that out.

The rooms are all tastefully furnished and the bedrooms all have the same brand new beds with very good mattresses and built in wardrobes. There is a lounge with a TV, shared bathroom with bath and shower, and garden areas to the front and back.

There are plenty of amenities nearby - takeaway, supermarket, post office, canal and a park.
