This is a one bedroom maisonette on the first floor but its considered a house. This property requires one professional - the second room is small and I am looking for only one person. No subletting allowed.

The Jewel of this house is it has all been renovated, smoke free, no pets aromas but, it is right next to Chellow Dene Reservoir. it's a great place to reduce stress and go for morning walks around the two lakes. The house is literally on the doorstep.
It has its own parking space and extra as its part of a closed community courtyard.
There are two bedrooms-but require only one occupant. There is a kitchen and large bathroom with overhead power shower all on one floor and more stairs leads to an amazing gallery room ideal for artists, creatives, professionals who need time out but there is office space there too.
It's fully furnished-not a place if you have a lot of stuff. The house has been cleansed, lots of silence so ideal for a person to relax.
In fact its more like a serviced accommodation - but there is NO TV!
I dont want to let this out to just anyone. I have put my soul and heart into this space so no one having parties, smoking, the usual.
The house is in a cul de sac so doesn't have the usual drive by noise of traffic.
I am looking for someone who values their environment, works and requires the kind of space I have described above but is responsible, clean and tidy. Looking for someone with minimal baggage as not a whole lot of space for storage.
