Double Bedroom Available in 4 Bed House with Gym

I have a furnished double room available to rent in my 4 bed, new build house in LS14 1FL. All bills included with fast broadband.

Location & Travel:

We're a 5 min drive from the big Tesco's, there is plenty of parking in front of the house as well as a driveway, and there are buses into Leeds city centre within 2 min walk from the house.

The Room:

The room is on the 1st floor and is furnished with a bed, bedside cabinet, open shelves, a chest of drawers, a standing lamp, a clothes rack and another set of storage shelves. I'm happy to move some of it out if you have some of your own furniture. There is a bathroom on the first floor with a bath and shower - it would be pretty much just yours to use. I have a cleaner in once a month to clean the living areas and 1st floor bathroom thoroughly.

The House:

There's a well equipped kitchen with a dining table and chairs, plenty of storage and cooking space, lots of light and all the usual appliances you'd expect. We have a dishwasher.

One of the rooms is a well equipped weights gym with a squat rack, olympic bars and 200kg+ of weights, which is a nice bonus if you're into that.

There is a spacious garden which gets lots of sun during the day.

We also have a converted loft, so have lots of extra storage for stuff you don't need to use everyday.

Existing Tenants:

My brother and his partner live upstairs and have an en-suite.
They have a small Pomeranian who’s very chill (and cute!) who also lives at the house 🙂

I split my time between Leeds and Bristol and am only in Leeds 1 week out of a month. I live in the other room on the 1st floor and would be sharing the bathroom while there.

We are easy going, are into sports (martial arts, weightlifting, acrobatics) and like to keep the house clean and tidy, looking for a professional to share the space with.
