Almost fully independent, our available space includes a private entrance, private living room with open kitchen and a double bedroom.

All utilities are shared with the main property but you have full privacy for everything else.

Ideal for couples, single worker or student our place is located in the quiet and peaceful neighbourhood of Shelley, featuring beautiful views over Huddersfield.

As we are a living in family and we’ll share some communal spaces such as the gardens, we will be selective on the applications.
