Double Room Sherburn In Elmet Contractors welcome

Looking for a trustworthy, responsible, professional lodger.

Room available for two months, possibly longer as I am seling the house so can't give an exact date.

A double bedroom is available in my new build three bedroom detached home in Sherburn in Elmet.

Shared use of lounge, kitchen and outside areas.

Mon - Fri let is possible if required.

Freshly decorated, with a double bed, the bedroom is located on the first floor at the rear of the house.

Perfectly located for Motorway and rail travel networks. Sherburn industrial estate is closeby.

Aldi supermarket just down the road, town centre few minutes walk more.

You will have access to the kitchen, lounge & outdoor areas.

Located between Leeds and York and just 7 miles away from Selby with a local train station (a 5 minute walk) and bus services. Located just yards away from the Village centre where you will find local shops, pubs, butchers etc and a great Indian restaurant. Large park nearby and Gym approximately 10 minutes walk away.

I am a resident landlord, working from home. I do alot of travelling, so you may find you have the house to yourself at times.

I consider myself a very relaxed landlord all I ask is that we tidy up after ourselves and show respect to one another. I am a sociable person so you will never feel like you are in the way and I will always go out of my way to resolve a problem should one arise.
