Double room available for short term let initially

I have a spacious cleanly decorated double room available in a new build four bed house with fitted wardrobes, chest of drawers, bedside tables and double bed with comfy memory foam mattress. All bills included with shared kitchen, shared bathroom with bath and shower, 2nd toilet, living room which has TV, Netflix, Alexa and games consoles. There is a cat in the house, a garden and CCTV outside the property. No smokers please, not even occasionally outside the property. Aldi superstore is close by as are Sherburn In Elmet station and South Milford station. As a landlord I am an easy going friendly guy and my profession is a computer programmer. Short term let preferred initially which may be considered for a longer term let later. Please contact me for further details
