I am looking for a short term lodger who needs a place whilst looking for other accommodation, saving for a house etc.
I have one decent size double room to rent (it is NOT en suite). My house is a 2 bed semi detached with a drive, garden and garage. The house has been renovated throughout and is furnished.
All bills included. Must be willing to sign an agreement.
No smokers please. Professionals or Post grad students only. Only looking for one lodger.
Has to be OK with the fact I work shifts.
Monday to Friday is an option with a reduced rate to be discussed.
15 minute drive into Bradford. 25 minute drive into Leeds City Centre. 5 minute drive from Shipley Train Station or 10 minutes to Apperley Bridge Train Station. Near to the canal and Thackley Woods if you enjoy walking or cycling.
