Ultimately this accommodation is a conversion of the top floor in a large terraced house in a nice location, on a cul de sac, 5 minutes walk from Saltaire and Shipley, and 10 minutes from both train stations.

The building will be shared with myself, who will occupy the downstairs of the property while you take the upper floor for yourself and we can share use of the utility room and main entrances, with the idea that we have separate living spaces and can make them our own, rather than having to share fridges, bathrooms and make lots of lifestyle compromises, as when living in a shared house with others, so the overlap into each others lives will be minimal, although we still get the peace of mind that the house is occupied by more than one person for a social aspect and added sense of security.

The rooms will be getting some better furniture soon, so if you have any requirements let me know. The idea is to furnish it fairly functionally, and then you can add your own touches if you want.
