Pleasant double room on the edge of Saltaire

A very good sized bright double room in a large terraced house, on a cul-de-sac in a sought after location.

2 of us live here at the moment, An Electrician, and a Geo surveyor (like what they do on Time Team), and the next person will be the third and final tenant.

We are a very easy going, open minded bunch who like to chat about the world when we aren't doing our own thing.

We are quite clean and the communal areas are kept relatively tidy by all.

There are 2 bathrooms (one is a shower room) and a cellar for utilities which is also decked out with martial arts mats.

Saltaire village/train station is a 5 minute walk as is the co-op.

Shipley Asda is a 5 minute walk in the other direction.

Ideally i'm looking for a low-maintenance professional who doesn't work from home and has a life outside of work.
