Pleasant double room on the edge of Saltaire

This is a first floor double bedroom with a bright spacious feel, there is a desk, lamp, bedside drawers and a chest of drawers making the room ready for occupation right now!

2 of us live here at the moment, An Electrician, and a Geo surveyor (like what they do on Time Team), and there will only be a maximum of 3 total people living in the house, so you will be the 3rd.

We are a very easy going, open minded bunch who like to chat about the world when we aren't doing our own thing.

We are quite clean and the communal areas are kept relatively tidy by all.

There are 2 bathrooms (one is a shower room) and a cellar for utilities which is also decked out with martial arts mats which means even if you don't like training, it will be soft underfoot when retrieving your washing.

Saltaire village/train station is a 5 minute walk as is the co-op.

Shipley Asda is a 5 minute walk in the other direction.

Ideally i'm looking for a low-maintenance professional who doesn't work from home and has a life outside of work.
