A double bedroom in a very modern 2 bed house situated in a quiet residential area that is only 5-10 mins walk to Shipley town centre and train station (with great and regular connections to Leeds, Bradford, Skipton and Ilkley) and 20-25 minutes walk from the historical UNESCO World Heritage village of Saltaire. It is also walking distance to two national breweries (SALT and Saltaire) so you'll never go thirsty!
The property is fully furnished and comes with a bathroom and a downstairs toilet and a large TV in the living room. It has a big garden with garden furniture, fire pit etc. and overlooks the beck. There is also parking space for 2 cars on the front driveway, one of which will be occupied by the other flatmate.
The rent includes all bills (leccy, gas, water, high speed broadband and council tax).
*THE FLATMATE*
You will be living with Ben (25) from Preston. He's a very easy going and tidy person and is currently working as an ops manager. He likes football, keeping active, music (playing/going to gigs) and going on pub trips.
*THE MOVE IN DATE*
The person who currently has the room will be moving out at the end of June so ideally some time early July would be good for you to move in but I can be relatively flexible on this.
