Housemate wanted in Shipley

Spacious double room for rent in Shipley, 10 minutes walk from the train station with parking available. I'm looking for someone to rent the spare room in my home, which will be available until September 2027. I have a cat named Eddie who is friendly and likes new people, so you would have to be happy having him around when he's not outside. Very close to standard amenities, the house is a 15 minute walk to Saltaire or 40 minutes into Bradford city centre (5 minute train journey). This is my home so I will always be doing my best looking after it, and while social I will respect your privacy and your communication preferences. All bills are included in the monthly rent (energy, council tax, broadband), and I have nice spaces both out front and back for enjoying warm weather.
