Spacious double - Non-smoking Female preferred

I live in a Victorian terrace house in the centre of Shipley. There is easy public transport links to Leeds, Bradford. and the local area. The room I am renting is a spacious light double room, with a bathroom at the end of corridor. Mostly you will have this bathroom to yourself.

It is a shared kitchen and living room and a small garden. There are two spare rooms, so I am happy for friends/family to stay occasionally. My husband works away from home, so occasionally you will have the place to yourself when I’m visiting him, but also be times when he is home.

I am really just looking for someone who has similar likes and would be up for hanging out, going out, maybe to the pub or cinema. Equally enjoys staying in and cooking and enjoying a glass of wine together. Also understands some times you need your own space. I am easy going and enjoys having a laugh would like someone who is the same.

I would prefer a female unless you are a couple. I am happy with single parents or DSS.
