Double Room - Maximum of 3 in Household

The 4 bedroomed end terrace house is situated on the edge of Saltaire in Shipley.

I have 4 rooms in total and I let out 2 in my end terrace house (1 taken).

The room has recently been upgraded, new carpet, newly redecorated, new furnishings and is a bright white room. There is also a tv point in the room. A velux window with black out blind and the window is insulated against all noise from local traffic.

We are a friendly household and have a good mixture of socialising and respecting each other's privacy! Every few months we go out for a meal (or a walk in lockdown)! One of the best things of this house is its location, literally 5 mins to a supermarket and into Saltaire with all its shops, bars and cafes.

The garden area at the back of the house provides a comfortable area for relaxing, is south facing and I have lots of garden furniture. There is a cherry tree at the back of the house which produces lots of cherries in early summer!

There is broadband and wifi provided by Sky, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine/dryer; fridge etc. Purely for convenience, as an addition, the room has optional kettle, toaster and microwave.. There are smoke detectors throughout the house. The bathroom is of generous size and was completely refitted a few years ago, has free standing bath, double shower, double vanity basin, lit bathroom mirrored cabinets with shaver points/toothbrush chargers. The communal kitchen is a social area and of reasonable large size, breakfast bar, stools, table and chairs and tv.
